At least 23 people were killed when a passenger train derailed in Uttar Pradesh, India. More than 150 passengers were injured in the incident. On Saturday evening, the accident occurred at Khotali in Muzaffarnagar, about 100 kilometers north of the capital New Delhi. News Reuters and NDTV.

The train was going to Haridwar in Uttarakhand, leaving Puri from Orissa. Six coaches of the train derailed.
