The attempt to seize the 60-year-old mosque in Sonagazi: Complaint against the DC

Haji Nurul Islam Constructor Mosque built by 60 years ago in Pir Chandia union of Sonagazi upazila of Feni has been trying to seize the local landlords. On Monday, Feni filed a written complaint to the Deputy Commissioner, Titu and the local Musulis, son of Haji Nurul Islam, the zamindar of the mosque.

Titu said that Abu Taher, son of Siddiqur Rahman, a resident of Chand Bhandari village of Char Chandia, used to get the fake document using the stain number of the land and took possession of the mosque. On several occasions, there were no remedies against the Taher gangs against Char Chandia Palli Adalat, Sonagazi municipal mayor, and Sonagazi Model Police Station.

Taher Gong tried to break the building of the mosque by hiring local terrorists on Sunday night. Titu Arro said that the accusations made by the Deputy Commissioner were signed by more than 200 misrule.

A copy of the complaint was sent to Feni Police Station, Feni Police Super, Sonagazi Upazila Chairman, Mayor Sonagazi Municipality, OC Sonagazi Model Police Station, Chairman Char Chandia Union.

Sonagazi Model Police Station OC Humayun Kabir said that the police visited the spot after receiving written complaints. Until the settlement of the land dispute, the mosque building was banned.
